Are you a people person with excellent communication skills? AAM TECH HUB is on the lookout for a friendly and efficient Call Operator to join our team.


Role and Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide information, assistance, and solutions to customers questions and concerns.
Calls to the Various Clients, providing them with different details.
Maintain accurate and detailed call logs and records.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines to handle different types of calls effectively.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Qualifications:

Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
Can Speak and talk fluently in English and Urdu.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Previous experience in customer service or a call center is an advantage
