Cleaning & Housekeeping Manager Job

We are currently looking to hire professional cleaning & housekeeping manager for our facilities management company in F-8 Markaz Islamabad.
Ideal candidate should have at least 6-8 years experience in the following:
-managing a team of at least 10 workers foreign experience will be preferred, but not necessary
-Must know estimating of cleaning material, cleaning equipment, cleaning materials.
-Must be able to train workers on cleaning.
-Must be professional in customer service.
-Must be able to supervise workers as well as supervisors and labour.
-Must know how to do cleaning of water tanks
-must have knowledge of the following:
-Arrange towels and toiletries
-Mop floors
-Clean windows and glass
-Clean frames
-Clean toilet, sinks, bathroom, and washrooms
-Clean Dishes and Crockery
-make beds
- Must have knowledge of tools, equipment and color coding.
-Be honest and trustworthy
Salary will be Rs. 30,000 to 35,000 depending on experience. We will also provide EOBI and Health Care Benefits.
Job timing will be 9AM to 6PM with overtime where required with 6 working days in a week.
We are a well paying organization but are looking for reliable workers who have no problem cleaning toilets, kitchens and do general dusting. Please only apply if you are looking for long term work and consider yourself honest. We pay decent salary and provide uniform to our workers.
