Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients over the phone to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our final expense insurance plans.
- Address client objections and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Guide clients through the application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective closing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Closer in a call center or sales environment, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of final expense insurance products and their benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
