Yield Advisors Pakistan is currently seeking a Real Estate & Small Business Loan Consultant to join our growing company. Our Loan Consultant provide owners and investors access to the most competitive real estate financing through a variety of sources, including regional and national lenders, life insurance companies, CMBS, agency lenders, and private capital.

Real Estate & Small Business Loan Consultant Duties and Responsibilities:

A day in the life of our Consultants often includes:
Advising clients, companies, and institutions in the development and execution of their individualized capital markets strategies
Preparing thoughtful analyses of clients’ assets, and providing initial feedback to clients regarding potential capital sources, rates, and terms
Researching capital markets trends and providing real-time advice to clients
Conduct daily prospecting for new clients via Linkedin, FB and other lead sources
Consult real estate investors on our products that can serve them on a current or future investment deal
Our real estate loan consultants need to provide business owners and real estate investors access to the most competitive real estate and business financing

Real Estate & Small Business Loan Consultant Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field; master’s degree preferred
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of local, state, and federal loan regulations
Strict adherence to company financial policies and processes
Experienced at compiling and following policies and processes
Able to analyze financial records and transfer data
Strong analytical, financial, or pricing skills preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
