The main role is to interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs. A customer service representative will often make quotations, answer customer phone calls, WhatsApp and emails, responding to customers’ questions and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive research and pinpoint potential leads by leveraging our online platforms and databases.
• Initiate contact with clients via email, phone calls, WhatsApp messaging, and social media channels.
• Assess leads to discern their specific needs and requirements.
• Establish and uphold a comprehensive database of prospective clients along with their contact details.
• Facilitate effective communication with both the sales and marketing teams to synchronize efforts and strategies.
• Deliver regular reports detailing lead generation activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of IT industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Bachelors degree in IT, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
