As a Customer Relations Representative, you would often specialize in selling within a particular industry, such as energy service providers, merchant account providers or merchant cash advance providers. Depending on your product market, your customers might be wholesalers, shops, businesses or individuals within your specific sales patch.
The duties for this position are:
• make calls to new and existing customers
• obtain customer information
• understand customers’ needs
• deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
• meet sales targets
• report sales trends to the team lead
• keep in contact with existing customers
• qualify 5 leads into sales per day
• resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
There are a range of qualifications which provide a good grounding for this position. These include:
• An degree in business management specialized in marketing
• Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales
• A 2 year experience working as a customer service representative in an organization
• knowledge of sales principles and methods
The Customer Relations Representative must:
• proven track record in sales
• communication skills
• Fluent English with a US or Australian accent
• knowledge of sales principles and methods
• negotiation skills
• stress tolerance
• proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems
• qualify 5 leads into sales per day
• resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
The Customer Relations Representative will be required to work 45 hours a week, 7 pm to 4 am, Monday to Friday.
