Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers through calls, emails, and messages professionally

Identify customer needs and offer timely, effective solutions

Meet or exceed assigned sales and performance targets

Document all customer interactions and maintain follow-ups

Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience

Required Qualifications

Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Fast learner with the ability to work well in a team

Previous experience in sales or call centers preferred but not mandatory

Must be willing to work night shifts at our on-site location
