Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products to address customer queries effectively.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance s.
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the customer experience.
Update and manage customer records in the CRM system.
Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to optimize strategies and performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
2-8 years of experience in sales or customer service.
Fluent in English written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Availability for night shifts 8 PM – 5 AM, Monday to Friday.
