In this role, you will play a key part in providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth and accurate packing of orders. Customer Support:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, addressing questions about products, orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Provide product information and assist customers with sizing, availability, and order tracking.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain a knowledge base of product details and company policies to provide accurate and consistent answers.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
Order Packing:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring correct products and sizes are selected.
- Ensure that all orders are packed securely and neatly to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order details, including shipping addresses, payment status, and special instructions.
- Label packages and prepare them for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock organization and restocking when necessary.
- Assist in quality control, ensuring each order is double-checked for accuracy before shipping.
