Job Description:
We are looking forward to adding a highly motivated individual who can handle queries related to the CCTV System for international clients particularly USA via phone & emails.
Duties & Tasks:
Provide customer support & technical queries resolution via phone & email
Project management, record keeping, and reporting
Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications
Offer alternative & smart solutions in order to meet accuracy & timeline
Take all necessary measures to ensure client satisfaction
This is a very challenging position which requires the position holder to be present in the office from 08pm – 05am, Monday-Friday
