As a Customer Support & Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers with any technical issues they may encounter while using our products and services. In addition to resolving customer queries, you will also be responsible for maintaining sales and upselling ratios, contributing to the overall success of our company.
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
1. Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat
2. Identify customer needs and provide assistance in utilizing specific product features
3. Analyze and report product malfunctions through comprehensive testing and user simulation
4. Update internal databases with relevant technical information and customer interactions
5. Proactively monitor customer complaints and offer necessary assistance
6. Collaborate with team members to share feature requests and effective workarounds
7. Inform customers about new features, functionalities, products, and promotions
8. Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
9. Gather valuable customer feedback and relay it to our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
10. Provide guidance and training to junior Customer Support Representatives
<b>Requirements and Skills:</b>
• Previous experience as a Customer Support & Sales Specialist or in a similar role
• Familiarity with the industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools
• Understanding of CRM systems and their functioning
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong multitasking abilities to handle various customer inquiries simultaneously
• Patience and resilience when dealing with challenging cases
