Job Duties:
(i) Incharge of the Administration Branch. He is responsible for all administrative and establishment matters concerning the Office and in this connection will provide full assistance to the Pakistan Commissioner for Indus Waters.
(ii) For expeditious disposal of department’s cases, will maintain proper liaison with the Ministry of Water and Power, A.G.P.R., and Federal Government Audit Department, etc.
(iii) Responsible for making administrative arrangements for the Tours of Inspection and Meetings of the Permanent Indus Commission under the Indus Waters Treaty 1960 i.e. security clearance, financial sanctions, boarding and lodging of delegates, protocol arrangements.
(iv) Liaison with Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defence , Airport Security Forces and Airport authorities, security arrangements with local administration, police and other concerned provincial agencies.

Qualification/Experience required:
Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s degree in Business Administration (Human Resources/ Finance)/ Economics/ Public Administration. EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years post qualification experience of dealing with administration and Establishment matters in responsible position in BS-17 in a Government or Semi-Government/ Public or Private Organization.
