Job Description
We are an online retailer based in Lahore and we are looking for a new member to start our office in Lahore. The person will work as part of a team based in Lahore. Ideal candidate should possess detailed knowledge about Local known ecommerce storeindustry.
We are looking for ambitious, punctual and self motivated individual who will be able to work on their own as well as within a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and proactive approach. Due to the nature of the job good knowledge of Internet, MS Excel, MS Word & written English is a must.
Requirements:
• Excellent command on verbal and written English.
• The person will work as part of a team and should have a habit to take responsibilities seriously
• Should be able to work with minimal guidance and able to think out of the box
• The candidate should be hardworking, dedicated and self-motivated with the ability to self-learn and grow
Skills Required:
• Experience in e-Commerce, marketing, retail, online sales or similar and related areas.
• Marketplace eBay, Amazon customer service experience.Preffered
• Create new product listings on marketplace channels
• Ability to re-write existing product descriptions and gather product information from different sources when required
• Update & optimise existing product listings.
• Edit and upload product pictures on marketplace channels.
• Research on competitors Products & Pricing.
• Keyword research and analysis
• Create listing titles enriched with targeted keywords
• Excellent understanding of latest online selling trends
• Communicate with customers via emails and phone calls to resolve their issues in order to get positive feedback and achieve highest store ratings
• Social Media Marketing
• Knowledge of SEO
• Graphic Designing creating simple graphics and banners
