The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and proactive approach. Due to the nature of the job good knowledge of Internet, MS Excel, MS Word & written English is a must.
Job Responsibilities
Reply to customer messages or questions via email or messages and resolve the issues.
Create new product listings on marketplace channels.
Open new marketplace channels.
Update & optimise existing product listings.
Edit and upload product pictures on marketplace channels.
Research on competitors Products & Pricing.
Manage organic and paid social media campaigns
If you have experience or knowledge of the following it would helpful:
Marketplace customer service experience.
Knowledge of online Store Listing policies.
Social Media Marketing - Knowledge of SEO
Graphic Designing creating simple graphics and banners
Wordpress / Woocommerce / Magento / Shopify
We are offering good salary with bonus and commission female candidate also appreciated.
