Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling and Organization
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Ensure timely reminders and notifications.
Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
2. Communication and Correspondence:
Handle email, phone, and mail correspondence.
Respond to routine inquiries and messages.
Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
3. Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Manage expense reports, invoices, and payments.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
4. Errands and Personal Tasks:
Run errands, such as grocery shopping, and other personal tasks.
Manage household staff, if applicable.
Coordinate home maintenance and repairs.
5. Discretion and Confidentiality:
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Exercise sound judgment and decision-making.
6. Miscellaneous:
Perform other tasks as assigned by CEO
Provide exceptional customer service and support. Timings are flexible, Some tasks require immediate attention and should be performed even on holidays and after duty hours.
Requirements:
1. Education: associates or bachelors degree preferred.
2. Experience: 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative assistant.
3. Skills:
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
