I just registered at Jobz.pk as member or recruiter and I did not got confirmation email at my email address or any other email like forget password.

1. It should not take more than 2-3 minutes to receive email.
2. Make sure to also check your Junk / Spam folder, as sometimes it can go there.
3. After locating Jobz.pk email, save it into your Inbox or Safe List, so that in future emails do not go in Junk / Spam folder at all.
4. Try to login using email address and password you given while registration process [Job Seeker Login].

If you have forgotten your Jobz.pk login password, follow these steps:

1. Go to login page here: Job Seeker Login
2. Click on the link Get your password
3. Now enter your email address which you used to register with Jobz.pk and click the "submit" button.
4. You will get email at your email address with your pasword details, sometimes email goes in Junk / Spam folder, so check it as well and save it in your inbox.

If due to any reason, you are not looking for job any more, you can de-activate your Jobz.pk account by following these steps:

1. Login to your member account by visiting here: Job Seeker Login
2. After login into member account, you can see option to Update Profile in Member's Menu, click it.
3. Update Profile page has the options Disable Your Profile at the bottom, which you need to check, which means your profile will be disabled, so not visible to any person [Just like Deleted].
4. After that you have to press the "Update Information" button to save it.
5. Once you have updated it, it will automatically be removed from Search Engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing etc after few weeks as per their policy. We cannot ask Google to remove from their listing, they do automatically.

After deactivation of your profile, you have to wait due to the following reasons:

1. If you have disabled your account at jobz.pk, now it depends on Google how early Google or other search engine will update their search results.
2. Once search engines will update their search results, your profile will be removed from Google or other search engines.
3. So be patience and wait.

If due to any reason, you do not want to show your uploaded photo in your public profile, you can easily hide it by following these steps:

1. Login to your member account by visiting here: Job Seeker Login
2. After login into member account, you can see option to Update Profile in Member's Menu, click it.
3. Update Profile page has the options Show photo to public at the bottom, you need to select No, which means photo will not be shown in your public profile, but only employers can view it.
4. After that you have to press the "Update Information" button to save it.
5. It is now removed from your Jobz.pk profile, you can check it immediately.
6. On the other hand, Search Engine like Google will take time to remove it as per their rules & regulations, may be few weeks.

I want to change my email address, it is misspelled or wrong.

1. You cannot change your email address.
2. You can disable your account with current email and make a new Jobz.pk account using your new desired email address.

I want to upload or update my CV, How I can do it.

1. Login into your account: Job Seeker Login
2. In Member's Menu, click at "Update CV"
3. Upload your new CV and press Upload button to save it.
4. Make sure that CV should be less than 3 MB in size.
5. CV files allowed to upload are only jpg, pdf, doc, docx, better to upload CV prepared in MS Word.

I am not able to register at Jobz.pk, some problem is coming.

1. When you fill the Registration Form, make sure that you filled all the compulsory information, data with * is compulsory.
2. Make sure that all the data is filled as per instructions given against that data / field / line.
3. After filling the form, you need to press SUBMIT button to save your data.
4. While filling form, If you have made any mistakes, it will show the errors, which you need to correct and again SUBMIT registration page.
5. Errors can be of 2 types, one highlighted in RED and other appear at the top of the page after press SUBMIT button, so check both type of errors and correct if there is any.
6. Once you entered information in correct way and submitted, it will show you CONGRATULATIONs Message. Which means you have registered successfully at Jobz.pk.
7. Now you can login into your job seeker account using Job Seeker Login and apply for jobs online with 1 Click.
8. Still if you have any problem to register, contact us using our CONTACT US form and tell us exactly error message or problem you are getting. Also tell which device you are using e.g. Laptop or Mobile Name etc.
9. Just saying, I am not able to register is not enough to solve your problem.

I want to apply on a job, how?

1. Register yourself as a job seeker using following link:

2. Make sure to upload you latest CV.
3. After login using following link, you can apply on jobs.

4. To apply on a job, open that job and click on apply button.
5. If that job can be applied online, it will take further details from you, otherwise will give you message that this job cannot be applied online.
6. If a job cannot be applied online, see the details in that particular job ad, as recruiter may have clearly mentioned other ways to apply for that job, especially in case of Government Jobs.

5. اگر اس نوکری کو آن لائن اپلائی کیا جا سکتا ہے، تو یہ آپ سے مزید تفصیلات لے گا، ورنہ آپ کو پیغام دے گا کہ اس جاب کو آن لائن اپلائی نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔
6. اگر کسی نوکری کو آن لائن اپلائی نہیں کیا جا سکتا ہے، تو اس مخصوص جاب میں تفصیلات دیکھیں، کیونکہ بھرتی کرنے والے نے اس نوکری کے لیے درخواست دینے کے دوسرے طریقے کا واضح طور پر ذکر کیا ہو گا، خاص طور پر سرکاری نوکریوں کے معاملے میں۔
