I am a retired Lieutenant Commander Weapon Engineering Branch from Pakistan Navy. I am an accomplished Electrical Engineer with the background of Engineering Management/ Maintenance Management of Sensors/Weapons and Communication/Control Systems in addition to conventional Electrical/ Electronic Systems. I have vast experience of Engineering management gained by serving at various mid-career and management posts. My 12 years Industrial experience is complemented well by 08 years of teaching experience at various Training Institutes besides Engineering College of Pakistan Navy. In my previous roles as an Engineering Manager, I have proven to be a reliable, professional and efficient manager. Given my responsibility to not only manage a big team of technicians, but also be primarily responsible for coordinating all management functions. I was repeatedly commended for my ability to execute successful solutions, manage staff performance and appraisals, and establish a top-performing team.
