Female Call Center Agents Required for US Campaign in Karachi

A multi-national group of companies have 2 vacancies for the position of Call Center Agent US Campaign. The requirements are:

- Gender: FEMALE
- Age: 18 and above
- Residing in Karachi, Pakistan.
- ENGLISH LANGUAGE Excellent listening and fluently speaking skills
- Should be smart, witty and confident to calmly handle difficult and sometimes abusive clients on phone
- Exceptional communication skills to collect required information from clients this is the hard part
- Must be able to do night shifts from 8pm to 5am Monday to Friday

Salary is decent up to 25000/- per month, but after a week of training when you go live on calls and start earning commissions on closed sales, financially you will be more than happy.

Company is responsible for the safety of its employees and we are working on to arrange a formal and secure pick and service. Meanwhile we can resolve this issue by carpooling. Therefore it can be discussed if pick up is feasible or not for time being but for sure ping employees home after work will be the responsibility of the company.
