No Direct Client dealing involved.
Web Development SEO Services, a Software House, located in Islamabad Expressway near Ghauri Town VIP, Khanna Pul, is looking for 2 to 3 Female Customer Care Representative CCR.
Main Responsibilities includes:
WhatsApp chat handling
Replying customers Emails
Answering phone calls
Checking Daily Customer Inquiries, take orders and assigning
Quoting Customers via WhatsApp, Email and call
Data entry task as per requirement
Email Marketing
Products Entry in software
Good verbal and written communication skills required.
University/college degree is an asset but not necessary.
Familiarity with ms office and basic computer working with hands on keyboard will be proffered.
Job training will be provided.
Salary
--------
Fix salary 25,000 to 35,000 Rs.
Monthly Bonus 5000 to 20,000 Rs.
