FEMALE Customer Service Representative Required at a High End Luxury Menswear Clothing Store in Lahore.
Requirements -
1. Candidate must have a strong hold on Urdu & Basic Fluency in English.
2. Candidate must have a Minimum of 1 Year Experience in the Client Servicing Department of any industry.
(Preference will be given to Candidates with more Experience)
3. Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
4. Minimum Education - BA (Flexible depending on Experience)
Job Requirements -
1. Responsible for Managing customer Queries, requests and appointment/booking schedule.
2. Ensure Customer orders are timely met by acting as a liaison between the Customer and the Operations Department.
3. Update Customer Order Positioning Sheets on Microsoft Excel as per the Company's SOPs.
Timings - 12pm to 11pm.
Package - Flexible depending on Performance in Interview.
