Teachers encourage, monitor and record the progress of individual pupils, and devise and tailor resources accordingly. They must also keep up to date with developments in their subject area, new resources, methods and national objectives. Teachers liaise and network with other professionals, parents careers both informally and formally.


4.1.1 To maintain the overall discipline of the class.
4.1.2 To ensure every cadet comes in proper neat and tidy uniform
4.1.3 To ensure proper haircut, nail cut and polished shoes of each cadet.
4.1.4 To ensure there is no quarreling and indiscipline attitude within the cadets.
4.1.5 To ensure that the cadets pick up no bad habits like theft, abusing, rude attitude etc. if there is any case, which is beyond correction and repair range, then through the institution authorities some punitive actions should be taken.
4.1.6 To ensure hygienically classroom is clean and tidy all the time.
4.1.7 To make sure adequate charts, maps and information are available in the classroom.
4.1.8 To make sure all the electric equipment is safe and running in serviceable condition in the classroom. In case of any faulty system get it rectified through concern authority.
4.1.9 To deal the parents of cadets in all PTMs in a pleasant way in coordination with Subject Teachers and Coordinator.
4.1.10 To ensure there is no money / cash collection from the cadets even in the name notes / work sheet except those which are authorized by the Principal.
4.1.11 To take all suitable action to reduce the number of late comers of the class.
4.1.12 To take all suitable action to reduce the number of absentees of the class.
4.1.13 To report the Vice Principal immediately if any cadet is absent for two days without any leave application.
4.1.14 To ensure all cadets come and go from class in proper queue / line by proper marching.
4.1.15 To ensure all cadets follow the rules and regulation of the institution improved from time to time.
4.1.16 To create an atmosphere within the cadets that they follow all the rules in the healthy atmosphere instead of fatigued attitude through only punishment.


4.2.1 To co-ordinate and ensure that cadets get proper attention in all subject classes and other activities.
4.2.2 To ensure very cadet gets his daily Copywork and gets it checked regularly.
4.2.3 To ensure every cadet brings his diary and two test note books every day to class.
4.2.4 To ensure every cadet writes down the diary of all subjects whether homework is given on schedule or only topic is taught.
4.2.5 To return complete and filled in test reports of all subjects for four weeks to the Vice Principal on first date of every month.
4.2.6 To ensure the regular C.W of each subject.
4.2.7 To co-ordinate with the concerned authority in case any cadet is feeling problem in any subject.
4.2.8 To ensure all written work copies are maintained on a standard format and on a homogenous pattern.
4.2.9 To ensure all copies are maintained through index and are checked and signed by the subject teachers, co-coordinator and Vice Principal / Principal on regular pattern.
4.2.10 To make sure the weekly programs/syllabus are being followed and maintained regularly.
4.2.11 Before pack up on every Saturday / last day of week, written report is to be submitted to the Vice Principal for all achievements and shortcomings in the weekly program/syllabus.
4.2.12 To make sure any remaining syllabus is covered within next week.
4.2.13 To make arrangements of extra classes or instructions to those cadets who are weak in studies.
4.2.14 In case of work defaulters for three consecutive days or a total of five days in one month should be treated as an alarming case and following actions are to be taken:

a. Counsel the cadet
b. Issue a warning letter
c. Arrange the meeting of parents with the Vice Principal/Principal/CTA and try to find out the problems

4.2.15 If there is no solution then declare the cadet “Work Defaulter” and recommend for struck off.
4.2.16 To ensure all cadets of the class are having equal time as front row cadetand backbenchers.
4.2.17 To ensure neat, clean and tidy conditions of the copies of cadets.
4.2.18 Vice principal will call a meeting of the subject teachers of each class and discuss the problems of the class.


4.3.1 From 1st October to 31st March every teaching staff is supposed to wear gown over normal dress. He can get it issued on half payment from the office on joining the institution. It is optional for the rest of period.
4.3.2 Gown is mandatory for all functions.
4.3.3 Every staff member is supposed to be soberly dresses in neat & tidy conditions.
4.3.4 All male members of staff wearing dress pants & shirts are supposed to wear necktie.
4.3.5 Wearing of Chappal / Pehawari Chappal, Sandal and open end slippers are forbidden in the institution for male staff. He can wear close shoes with laces/ close shoes without laces Mucaishan.
4.3.6 All male teachers wearing Shalwar Qameez only on Fridaywill wear close shoes or peshawari chappal. Sandles are not allowed. With shalwar Qameez waistcoat in summer & Achkan / Sherwani/ Coat in winters are compulsory. Shalwar Qameez must be simple. Kurtas and embroidered Qameez / shirts are not allowed.
4.3.7 Shirts of male staff should be button up properly and rolling up of sleeves is not allowed.
4.3.8 All those keeping beard should trim it properly.
4.3.9 Those entire clean shavers are advised to shave daily.
4.3.10 Wearing of transparent/see through clothes is not allowed.


4.4.1 It is obligatory for all staff to “Sign in” and “Sign out” daily in the register or Biometric provided for this purpose.
4.4.2 Attendance at all staff meetings/trainings is compulsory.
4.4.3 Attendance at all college functions is compulsory.
4.4.4 All staff must not leave the college premises without approval of competent authority.
4.4.5 All staff is not allowed to inflict corporal punishment beating to the cadets.
4.4.6 Staff must not accept or seek any favours from pupils or their parents/ guardians.
4.4.7 Teachers must use English as the language of instruction and communication throughout the college, except during Urdu, Islamiyat and Calligraphy periods.
4.4.8 All staff must keep in their folders a copy of all circulars sent out from the office for the purpose of reference. Any instructions given in the circulars which are applicable to teachers must be meticulously followed.
4.4.9 It is duty of all staff to help maintain the college standards and discipline as regards cadets’ uniform, nails, hair and their general behaviour both in and out of the class rooms.
4.4.10 When a teacher is on planned leave of two or three days, he must deposit the planner with the office before proceeding on leave. In case of unplanned leave of more than one day, the teacher must send the planner to the college through some reliable means by the second day of the leave at the latest.
4.4.11 The planner is the college’s property and the teacher to whom it is issued is responsible for its safe keeping.
4.4.12 This planner must be deposited in the office against receipt before a teacher proceeds on summer, winter and spring vacation.
4.4.13 Mobiles are totally banned during lectures. There will be no mobile ring/use in classes.
4.4.14 Devote the whole of your time during your hours of work for the College to your duties to the College.
4.4.15 Serve the College faithfully and diligently to the best of your ability;
4.4.16 Act in the College’s best interests.
4.4.17 Support the College and conduct yourself in a way which is consistent with the ethos of the College.
4.4.18 Comply with all directions of the College.
4.4.19 Comply with all law applicable to your position and the duties assigned to you; and not engage in any other employment or business without the prior approval of the Principal.
4.4.20 Follow the Dress Code prescribed by the institution.
4.4.21 If at any time, you become aware of or suspect any unlawful act or omission by any staff member/cadets of the College, you must inform the College Higher Authorities immediately.
