• Provide project specific information to all walk- ins/inbounds and explain project features.
• Convert walk-ins/inbounds to customers and complete the required sales documentation.
• Cold calling clients and pitching them the projects.
• Increase business by following up on potential leads.
• Maintain and update the statuses of leads via CRM.
• Provide reports to management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
• Maintain relationships with clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
