1. Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets •
2. Attend inbound calls we will receive for inquiry of material •
3. Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent •
4. Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives •
5. Maintain relationship with existing customers and get market feedback from them in terms of price and material requirement •
6. Update CRM with all relevant communication made and maintain records on CRM • Coordinate with the logistics team in PK for material transport •
7. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
8. Knowledge of business principles
9. Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills proven experience of producing correspondence and documents.
10. Implement and maintain office systems, maintain schedules and calendars
11. Handle incoming emails, mail and other material, set up and maintain document management systems
