An IT company is looking for Female Telephone Operator cum Data Entry Operator who has basic English command with following skills:
- Answering telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages.
- Providing information to callers, greeting persons entering organization, providing information and directing individuals to correct destination.
Providing general clerical and administrative support, some data entry task as per requirement.
- Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, maintaining appointment diary either electronically or manually.
- Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
- Should be friendly with good personality, qualification can be Inter, Graduation or Masters.
- Extra skills like photoshop, inpage will be preferred.
Salary Range: 12000 to 18000 Rs. depending on skills, quick increment for right candidate
Office Timing: 9:00 to 5:30, Sunday off.
We will prefer candidates from sorrouding areas like Ghauri Town, PWD, Al-Noor Colony, Zia Masjid / Mosque, Lehtrar Road, Bilal Town, Tarlai, Khanna Pul, Gangal, Koral etc.
