JOb Purpose
The incumbent will be required to perform field work, data collection, transcription and translation through focus group discussions with community members in KP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct focus group discussions with community members
Follow proper research protocol for field work and data collection
Assist Supervisor, Field Operations in recruiting and organizing focus group discussions
Perform transcription and translation work for each focus group discussion
Assist Supervisor, Field Operations in preparing reports and/or updates for central research team
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES KSA
Required Qualification
Minimum Intermediate or equivalent qualification
Required Experience
Preferably 6 months of work experience, prior experience of being a part of research team will be a plus
Required Skills
A professional attitude, especially regarding time, costs and deadlines
Good command of written and spoken English, Urdu and Pashto
