JOB PURPOSE
Field officer will be responsible for assisting the field supervisor in data collection and field operations for the scope of this survey.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Communicate with the research staff on progress of the survey
-Prepare data collection plan
-Make visits to site for data collection
-Coordinate with other field team members for the smooth functioning of data collection activity
-Enter all of the collected data into data collection software
-Liaison with personnel from different programs for the management and arrangement of logistics
-Follow the necessary steps of data collection as guided by the research staff
-Keep record of the research instruments designed for the research study
-Coordinate with community notables to secure buy-in for the smooth data collection activity

Required Qualification
-BA/ BSc./ B.Com

Required Experience
-Minimum of 1 year

Required Skills
-Active team player with problem solving skills
-Adaptable and flexible, willing to travel to remote field areas with basic living conditions
-Ability to regulate own time and perform to deadlines
-Ability to lead and guide other staff
-Ability to work independently with minimum oversight
-Passionate about social impact
