Base Camp Data Solution is currently looking to hire Financial Analyst in our Hyderabad based office
Job Description
Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking
account balances
Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the finance manager
Review and adhere to department budgets
Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
Collect information and reconciliation of company payrolls and commissions
Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with clients
Assist the financial manager in creating financial reports on a weekly basis
Adhere to the company’s financial policies and procedures.
Attend the finance department and company-wide meetings, sometimes assisting with financial reporting to the manager and senior executives
Suggest changes or improvements increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost
Reductions.
Helping customers in filing taxes
Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
Prepare balance sheets
Track and reconcile bank statements
Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Finance, ACCA, or MBA or Corporate Finance
1 – 3 Year accounting experience as a Financial Analyst /Accountant
Ability and willingness to keep maintain confidentiality
Familiarity with accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently
Good English in written and verbal communication skills
Technical Skills
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
Experience with general ledger functions
Familiarity with Zoho App (Preferred) such as Zoho Books/Zoho Expense , QuickBooks
Accounting Skills
Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Bank Reconciliation
