Responsibilities:

Assist the Quality Inspection Supervisor to check the quality and freshness of food to ensure compliance with company standards and food safety regulations.
Check the hygiene of ingredients and finished products daily to ensure that kitchen operations meet hygiene standards.
Record food quality inspection data and assist in writing quality inspection reports.
Assist in supervising food storage conditions and expiration dates, and promptly handle expired or unqualified products.
Assist in food safety training for employees to enhance overall food safety awareness.
Requirements:

Preferred candidates with basic knowledge in food science, catering or related fields.
Attention to detail, with strong observation and recording skills.
Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced catering environment.
