Special Pay:
Job Duties: i) To appear in the court of Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Islamabad to conduct trial of Murder, Hudood, Narcotics cases etc, defend criminal appeals/ revisions/cancellation petitions etc and oppose bail applications on behalf of State.
ii) To contest civil cases/ appeals/ revisions etc. entrusted to him by the District Attorney, Islamabad, which are pending adjudication in various civil courts of Islamabad on State behalf.
iii) To scrutinize the Police challans entrusted to him by the District Attorney, Islamabad.
iv) To assist the District Attorney, Islamabad in disposal of the official work assigned to him.
Job status: Permanent
Eligibility: Both male and female candidates are eligible
Any relaxation in Maximum age limits Plus five (5) years general relaxation in upper age limit

Qualification/Experience required: : Law Graduate with at least five (5) years post qualification practice as an Advocate/Dealing with legal Matters.

Note: Candidates who have experience as Lawyer of a Court are required to provide detailed Cause List and a Certificate of having 5 years active practice duly verified by the Registrar High Court/ Office of the concerned courts.
