Job Duties: (i) To assist Textile Commissioner/Cess Collector in all the technical and Administrative matters.
(ii) Implementation of all Textile Policy initiatives.
(iii) Monitoring the development of all sub sectors of textiles.
(iv) Industrial appraisal of feasibility for skill development project.

Qualification/Experience required: (i) Master’s degree in Textile Technology. (ii) Ten (10) years post qualification experience in the field of Textile in Government/ Semi Government/ Reputable Private Industrial Research/ Trade Organization OR (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Technology. (ii) Twelve (12) years post qualification experience in the field of Textiles in a Government/Semi Government/Reputable Private Industrial Research/Trade Organization.
