Eligibility: Both male and female candidates are eligible
Any relaxation in Maximum age limits Plus five (5) years general relaxation in upper age limit

Qualification/Experience required: Certificate of Competency OR Certificate of service as Master of Foreign-going ships. EXPERIENCE: At least two (2) years post qualification experience in Command OR three (3) years post qualification experience as Second-in Command/Chief Officer of ships.
