As a qualified and enthusiastic individual with extensive work experience in the field of financial management and administration. My strong communication, financial, administrative, analytical and interpersonal skills combined with my Master’s degree in Business Administration makes me an exceptional for relevant position. First, during my 23 years of work experience with various finance and administration jobs, I have developed strong organization and time management skills which would be very useful for organization . My strengths lie in all the finance and administrative work that goes into making organization a success. My claim can be supported by the fact that I wrote a manual on Financial Management Training for management and employees of Local Support Organizations, and imparted on the job training to the management and members of Village and Women Organizations, the grass root community organizations. The manual is still considered as the relevant form of material within the community organizations. I am experienced in all aspects of administrative work; handling communities, ensuring all systems within the organization are running smoothly, training new employees, maintaining records and communicating with forces inside and outside the office. Second, a key skill I have acquired during my previous and existing roles is the ability to successfully implement and manage new accounting systems and procedures. I enjoy the challenge of integrating a new system and working with the wider accounting team to ensure a smooth and productive workflow. I have frequently been required to manage a team under pressure and enable them to meet strict deadlines.
