Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with a strong background in real estate marketing to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of visual communication in the real estate and hospitality sectors, and the ability to craft compelling visuals that elevate our brand and marketing campaigns.
This role involves creating impactful digital and print materials that showcase our luxury developments, enhance brand identity, and engage clients across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Design Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing graphics for real estate marketing materials including brochures, digital ads, social media content, property presentations, and event collaterals.
• Branding: Ensure all visuals align with our brand standards, maintaining a consistent and refined aesthetic across all marketing channels.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design elements for advertising campaigns, property launches, and digital promotions.
• Content for social media: Design creative assets for social media campaigns to drive engagement and visibility for real estate and hospitality projects.
• 3D Visualization Optional: Support marketing visuals with basic 3D renders, architectural visualization, or conceptual mock-ups when required.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and project development teams to understand objectives and translate ideas into effective visual solutions.
• Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, marketing design strategies, and digital tools to continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
• Quality Assurance: Review all designs for accuracy, layout consistency, and high-quality output before release.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Marketing Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within real estate, hospitality, or luxury brands.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing real estate or lifestyle marketing materials, digital campaigns, and brand visuals.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of digital marketing visuals, social media content creation, and print design.
• Basic knowledge of 3D visualization or design for real estate renderings is an advantage.
• Familiarity with branding principles, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with marketing campaigns and social media design is a plus.

• Attention to detail and an eye for modern, luxurious design aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
