We are seeking web designer, and experienced graphic designers from all over the Islamabad/Rawalpindi to work from home. We welcome new entry level recruited who are trainable, dedicated and success-driven. In three months training you will Master your skills on Photoshop and graphic designing.

Responsibilities:
- design for responsive mobile and responsive desktop designs
- Consult with management to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials in order to meet the company’s needs
- Develops site content and graphics by coordinating with company management and sales teams designing images, blogs, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc.
- Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements of the subjects to be rendered using traditional tools, multimedia software and image processing, layout and design software
- Translate creative direction into interesting visual designs
- Follow imagery guidelines but be resourceful and proactive if a conflict surfaces
- Designing and producing web pages, landing pages and web/email templates
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team and other learning designers
- Work with cross-functional subject matter eShineClientss to develop content, ensuring learning framework is scalable and global-friendly
- Validate learning objectives and ensure the content is relevant
- Design and develop best-in-class learning experiences.
- Rework/redesign/rebrand existing Work/Designs.
- Develop prototypes/proof of Designing concept to vet learning solutions pre-development

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Skilled at photoshop,Illustrator and graphic creation and editing.
- Have some knowledge about creating Web Designs, Logo Designs or other like technologies
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver)
- Creative, self-motivated and self-driven
- Flexibility to work in an open, fast paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to work without supervision flexible, proactive and positive
- Problem solver
- Have some knowledge about developing and editing Previous designs in Photoshop/illustrator
