We’re DM Flows, a B2B startup on a mission to revolutionize how mid-sized companies handle their customers journeys, marketing automation and sales funnels. Our fast-paced growth means we need someone awesome to join us as Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:

Crafting and tailoring proposals to suit potential clients across various platforms.
Identifying and targeting appropriate projects and clients.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients across all platforms.
Drive sales through LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Train , monitor internal creative team and project managers to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects
Generating leads across all platforms LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email, phone calls and Upwork etc..
Executing outbound campaigns phone calls, emails, etc. to create sales opportunities.
Lead Generation and diligent follow-ups.
Quality project selection and bidding.
Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
Proven track record in multi-channel sales funnels and outbound campaigns.
Experience in bidding on freelance platforms like Upwork or similar platforms.
Ability to create and manage compelling project proposals to secure contracts from diverse markets.

Track record of successfully winning projects and expanding business opportunities through freelance platforms.
