1. Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our clients. You will help install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
2. Industry-specific certification in relevant computer languages or software may be required 1-3 years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving and technical knowledge of a companies products and services
3. Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
4. Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software, such as Zendesk in addition to other remote access desktop programs
5. Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services.
6. Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Network.
7. Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
8. Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients. Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a large company.
9. Ultimately, you will ensure prompt and accurate customer service and increase client satisfaction with Good Communication

1. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
2. Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
3. Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
4. Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions

8. Record technical issues and solutions in logs
