Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. You will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and ensuring a positive work environment for our talented team at Mobit Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive and collaborative work culture by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and implementing employee engagement activities.
Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, employee evaluations, and feedback processes.
HR Operations: Manage employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and maintain HR documentation.
Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Update and maintain the employee handbook as needed.
HR Reporting & Analytics: Maintain HR metrics and provide regular reports on key HR functions, including hiring trends, retention rates, and employee satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably within a technology or software company.
Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Problem Solving: Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple HR tasks effectively.
Familiarity with HR Tools: Experience with HR software/tools for payroll, performance management, and recruitment is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Experience in managing employee benefits programs.
Knowledge of software development or technical recruiting is a bonus.
