ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage our recruitment module by administering the processes related to the selection and hiring of candidates, storing and systemizing information about the received applications.
Onboarding of new joiners Biometric attendance/Bank accounts
Implement compensation packages and policies aligned with the organizations strategy.
Prepare regular audits and reports for information storage and reporting
Prepare monthly reports for salary processing, new joiners, leavers, deductions, confirmations and increments/adjustment.
Manage day-to-day operations, employee records .
Maintain employee records and data base of company assets.
Maintain employee relations and execute employee engagement activities.
Structuring, drafting, and reviewing reports and other documents.
Any other tasks assigned by senior management.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices·
Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations.
Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to Detail, Confidentiality and Discretion
Punctuality and Responsiveness
