Media @ Marsons is a publishing company and tech services provider led by a small but passionate team. We are pleased to open the job posting for a Human Resources Executive to help us rapidly grow our team.
This role also requires some admin duties to be taken care of.
Job Type
Full Time. Office-based role.
5 days a week. 9 am to 6 pm.

Job Description
Manage end to end recruitment cycle.
Sourcing, CV shortlisting, schedule interviews, manage correspondence & liaison with candidates.
Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial identification to offer acceptance.
Being on a constant lookout for seriously talented people by developing and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.
Maintaining courteous communication with prospective candidates to foster long-term relationships.
Really understands what sort of talent the company is looking for and prioritizing recruitment efforts based on those requirements.
Coordinate and facilitate hiring managers on their respective hirings flawlessly.
Ensuring that accurate job descriptions JDs are in place.
Help design SOPs and policies.
Organize and arrange company activities and employee benefits.
Requirements
Proven work experience as am HR Executive of 6 months to one year.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats e.g. phone, Skype, and structured
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques e.g. social media recruiting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Negotiation skills
Solid understanding of HR practices & labor legislation
BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
