Salary Range: PKR 40,000 - PKR 80,000 with incentives based on performance

Job Description:

Axxon BPO is hiring skilled Inbound Call Agents to join our night shift team. As an Inbound Call Agent, you’ll play a vital role in assisting and supporting our customers. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Handle inbound calls professionally and provide customers with information, assistance, and solutions in a timely manner.
Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Data Management: Accurately document call details and update customer information in our systems.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve overall customer service and achieve team goals.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Urdu, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Availability: Must be able to work full-time night shifts 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM.
Professional Attitude: Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to different customer personalities.
Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer applications MS Office, CRM systems.
