We are looking for a talented and competitive Virtual Inside Sales Representative that plays a crucial role in establishing relationships and marketing our company’s brand. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, provide prospective customers with solutions and services offered. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities Summary:

· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
· Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
· Presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
· Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
· Should have proposal & presentation preparation skills.

Requirements:

· Inside sales experience minimum 2 years.
· Should have experience of an IT Company.
· Fluent in Arabic and English languages
