Responsibilities:
Coordinate with US and UK based Clients via Chat, Email, and Call and convert them into a customer by using your sales practices/experience and then look after the needful customer support.
Responsible for taking or cancelling orders and obtaining details of customer complaints.
Process orders, applications, and Forms.
Follow up with customers and their complaints.
