JOB PURPOSE
The incumbent will be responsible to supervise and coordinate all field activities related to community based Mental Health awareness raising sessions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct regular field visits to all project sites
- Relationship building with relevant stakeholders
- Quality assurance of field activities as per project guidelines
- Provide logistical support for all field activities
- Data collection and reporting of all sites
- Liaise between field team and project team
- Conduct trainings, as and when needed
- Perform other related duties as required by the program core team
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Leadership experience
- Supervisory skills
