1. To assist the Sr. HR Officer in maintaining the personal files of all PMU employees. 2. To assist the Sr. HR Officer in maintaining the leave and attendance record of PMU employees. 3. To assist the Sr. HR officer in maintaining the record of health insurance and other facilities of the PMU employees. 4. To assist the Sr. HR Officer in processing the recruitment cases against the vacant posts. 5. To maintain the record of issuance and dispatch of official correspondences from PMU. 6. To supervise the functioning of office equipment’s like photocopier, printers etc, report regarding any fault in such equipment’s and ensure their maintenance. 7. Keep record of stationary items and issuance of said items to PMU employees. 8. To assist PSM Section for the Maintenance of IT/ Electronic/ Electric items in office. 9. To assist PSM Section in the tender opening and printing of bidding documents. 10. To assist Sr HR Officer in event management
