Reports to: Dept. Head IT
Location: Head Office Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi Branches
Job Purpose:
Shall be responsible for independently maintaining the IT Infrastructure at the branch/office and providing technical support to the end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance of Server Room/Data Centre at branch/office.
Local Area and Wide Area Network maintenance & Trouble-shooting.
Installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting of Business & System Applications.
Installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting of Hardware.
Basic Maintenance of CCTV system.
Implementation of applicable sections of Bank’s Business Continuity Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan, IT/MIS SOPs and Backup Policy/Guidelines etc.
Implementation of applicable sections of Bank’s Information/Cyber Security policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and Action Plans etc.
Train users on Hardware, Software, Applications and Information Security.
Interaction with vendors and Internal IT staff to resolve IT Infrastructure issues.
Generation of required documentation and its maintenance.
Perform related duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Adequate knowledge of Computers/Servers & Communication technologies.
• Adequate knowledge of Basic System and Business Applications.
• Ability to Install, Upgrade and Trouble-shoot System and Business Applications.
• Ability to Install, Upgrade and Trouble-shoot Hardware & Communication Equipment.
• Ability to maintain UPS and Server Room.

Education: Bachelor of Computer Sciences or equivalent IT qualification
Experience: Preference shall be given to candidates having exposure to PIBAS Core Banking Application & CCTV Systems.
Age Limit: Up to 30 years
