Job For The Sales Executive

A fastest growing solar energy based company is looking for Dynamic & Result oriented Sales Executives.
Routine Functions:
• Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
• Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends because renewable industry is at growth stage now.
• Collaborates with General Manager in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
• Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with GM and CEO.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of all products’ sales and growth, multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support.
• Employee staffing and training Management.
• Create customized energy management packages to satisfy customers’ needs.
• Identify opportunities for expansion of business in different cities then make arrangement to start the business in different areas nationwide.
• Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing corporate sales.
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
• Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
Job Specification:
• MBA Marketing, Minimum 3 year experience, strong communication and Marketing skills
