Treating various neurological disorders TBI, SCI, Peripheral nerve injury. My natural bias is towards a detailed style of physiotherapy management, after which I ‘back off’ and delegate fully. I am also a confident decision-maker; • Neuro rehab expertise – I am treating various neurological disorder TBI, SCI, Peripheral nerve injury,GBS • Neuro intensive rehab specialist – I have rich experience in acute intensive care management such as neuro surgical/medical and stroke ICU a track record in turning ICU protocols like Hacking, Clapping, Beating and bounding and manual hyper inflation. • Musculo skeletal-Treating various musculo skeletal disorder through IFT, TENS, SWD, Russian current, Dia dynamic current, MWD, LASER, Chilling Unit, Wax therapy, slump stretching, bend leg raising techniques. • Organization skills- I have also introduced improved systems and work processes in a variety of different organisations; • Broad industry exposure – I have been involved in numerous health care industries including Teaching faculty, Researcher and clinician both govt and private sectors. I am very comfortable with turning my skills to any situation or to learning a new industry; • Executive presence – I am professional in every respect, present well, am confident in public speaking, and am conversant in dealing with formal board proceedings and complex negotiations; • An international perspective – having travelled or worked in entire North India, I have a natural understanding of people with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
