Being an IT student their are many rolls that i have done with different perspective and also try to give best results. As a team member : i have done my different projects with my other co-team members to resolve the issues and give result efficient manner As a team lead: i have done my my team leading management with my members through which i can check and resolve their issues in different ways and also i have done team leading in my final year project to give them instructions and also define them with ground level to satisfied them. In Bachelors of Science in Information Technology i have learned different perspective also deal with different Major and Minor subject. I.e: Major subjects are: in programming , Computer Hardware and Networking side. Minor subjects are related with financial accounting , management principles also with human resource management courses In overall semesters we deal these types of different layers of subjects thoroughly. In professional organization: i always be a team member to obey the leader commands and resolve the issues and also include their previous ideas that will give me some diplomatic mind to handle the issues I have many types of job related skills that will further define in efficient manner . Being a programmer i have to set the ideas in written form through which i can make plan to handle the different problems and also make time management issue to complete task in mean time. Being a IT Support , i have done many issues to resolve in efficient time that is very profitable for me to solve the problems and make the connection reliable and quality assurance The communication skills is very important to understand or satisfy the person through which we can express and explain our ideas to give full support and convey our message to other person. I was a floor manager to satisfy the customer needs and to take good remarks that why the customer come again with smile. And also a Help desk officer @PAKISTAN TELECOMMUNICATION LIMITED. COMPANY to give full satisfaction for their issues to give support through remotely for wide areas. IT Support Engg. PTCL, Hyderabad,sindh.
