I’m a “detail person” — the kind of person you need in your Sales/Marketing Department. I possess 18 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of renowned multinational firms. The experience in COKE/PEPSI has developed “The Last mile” concept in my professional career. During my tenure; Post merchandising vertical growth on activated outlets was calculated between 4-6%. Despite price escalation the signage cost was reduced by 21%. The cooler integrity number went up to 10 points 46 points in Pepsi in just 6 Months’ time, which is ever highest number in last 10 years. Several campaigns and promotions were executed and monitored during the tenure which includes TP, CP, Product launches and outlets census etc. I have developed detail SOPs and back check system for effective and full utilization of recourses. Designing of Occasion based channel development program, supported with specific POP designing, consumer and shopper messaging. The planning, allocation, monitoring and effective utilization of budget was also my key responsibility.
