I am currently working with United Snacks Limited as Director Sales. At USL I have the honour of launching Oye Hoye Brand successfully and achieved exceptional level of availability and visibility across all Pakistan. The annual turnover of the business is expected to be Rs. 3.2bn. My team size at USL is above 500 people with 8 direct reports. My last assignment was with Ismail Industries Limited as Head of Sales for their Snacks business. The total turnover of the business was Rs. 2.5 bn consists of the 4 brands of Snacks. Most of my professional life has been with Unilever Pakistan where I worked from the management entry level of Territory Sales Manager to the highest level of National Sales Operations Manager. Post Unilever, I worked with Iffco Pakistan and my assignments over there were as SOM, Nat Key Accounts Manager & Manager Food services. At Iffco apart from GT business I have handled the International Modern Trade/LMT & their B2B business of Industrial Fats etc. I have also got the experience of managing the leading distribution house of Pakistan as National Sales Manager where I learnt how best the resources can be utilized in the areas of Logistics, Inventory Management, Trade promotions, credits and drive daily performance of the core sales team.
